RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement without reason within 14 days.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party specified by you, but not the carrier, get physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us (see contact details below) of your decision to withdraw from this Agreement in an unequivocal statement (email). Alternatively, return your package with the attached return slip to our warehouse.
The cancellation period has been met if you send your notice of exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of regret
If you exercise your right of withdrawal under this Agreement and return your entire order, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to withdraw from this Agreement . We carry out such a refund with the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.
You must bear the direct costs in connection with the return of the goods.

Danish customers can use the attached return label and DKK will be set off. 50.00 in the refund of the purchase.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a return label to our foreign customers.

Without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you have informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal from the agreement. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14 days.
We recommend that you save the post/gls receipt as proof that you have delivered the package to the post/carrier.

You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods.

Regretted purchase, exchange and return
NOTE: All return packages to Cabana Living must be sent by delivery.

If you wish to return goods to Cabana Living, it is important to ALWAYS fill in the attached return form completely.

If you, as a customer in Denmark, wish to use the attached return label, DKK will be set off. 50.00 in the refund.

If you want your money back, fill in the return slip with the relevant information.

If you wish to exchange the goods for a different size or colour, fill in the attached return slip with the relevant information such as: Name, order number and which size/colour you wish to exchange.

If you wish to exchange for another item, you must return the item you wish to exchange and reorder the item you wish to exchange for. 

Goods purchased using credit vouchers/gift cards can be returned, but only against the issue of new vouchers/cards.
